aadhaarpay.com is run by a small group of independent readers and researchers, so we read every message but cannot always reply quickly. The best way to reach us is by email.
Email: domain[DOT]coordinator[AT]gmail[DOT]com
Please put the topic in the subject line, for example Correction, Contribute, My experience, Partnership or Feedback. It helps us sort messages faster.
Please note: aadhaarpay.com is not an official Aadhaar or Aadhaar Pay website and is not affiliated with UIDAI, NPCI, or any government body or bank. We cannot help with Aadhaar services, payments, or bank accounts (see "What We Cannot Help With" below).
What You Can Write to Us About
Corrections and feedback
If you spot an error in a number, source, date, or conclusion, please tell us. Include the link to the post, what you think is wrong, and a source if you have one. See how we handle these in our Editorial Policy.
Contributing research
If you enjoy looking into how financial inclusion works in practice and want to share your research, write to us with a short note about yourself, the kind of topics or countries you'd cover, and a link to any past writing. Prospective contributors go through a review before being included, and all contributed work follows our Editorial Policy.
Sharing your experience
Have you used or run a digital payment, benefit transfer, or agent-banking service in India or elsewhere, as a user, shopkeeper, agent, or in some other role? We would like to hear what worked and what didn't. Please:
- Describe your experience in your own words, and tell us roughly when and where it happened (a district or country is enough).
- Leave out your Aadhaar number, account numbers, phone numbers, and photos of documents.
- Tell us whether you are happy for us to use any part of it in a post. We will ask for your consent before publishing anything, and we will remove identifying details unless you clearly agree otherwise.
Partnerships, sponsorships and press
We welcome enquiries from researchers, educators, journalists, and organisations working on financial inclusion. Please note:
- We do not sell reviews, endorsements, or recommendations of any app, provider, or scheme.
- If we ever accept sponsorship, it will be clearly labelled, and payment never buys a favourable analysis or the removal of content.
- We do not accept promotion of unregistered financial or advisory services, guaranteed-return or "get rich quick" offers, loan or payment apps, or anything we believe could mislead readers.
Please include your organisation, what you have in mind, and, where it applies, your regulatory registration details.
Misuse of our name, takedown and legal requests
If you believe content on the website infringes your rights or is unlawful, write to us with the page link, a description of the issue, and any supporting proof. If you come across someone using the name aadhaarpay.com to impersonate an official service or to collect money or personal details, please tell us right away. See our Terms of Service for details.
What We Cannot Help With
aadhaarpay.com is an independent educational site. We are not UIDAI, NPCI, a bank, or a payment service, and we are not SEBI-registered advisers, analysts, or brokers. For that reason we are unable to:
- Enrol, update, link, lock, or verify an Aadhaar number, or fix any problem with it
- Check, trace, reverse, or refund a payment, or resolve a failed or disputed transaction
- Resolve complaints about your bank account, wallet, UPI app, or benefit payment
- Check the status of any government benefit, subsidy, or application
- Give financial, legal, or tax advice, or recommend which account, app, or provider to use
- Investigate fraud or recover money on your behalf
We may sometimes point you to a relevant post, but that is general education, not advice or assistance.
Where to go instead:
- Aadhaar services: the official UIDAI website (https://uidai.gov.in).
- Payment and account problems: your bank or payment app first, using its official support channels.
- Fraud: report it promptly to your bank, and to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in) or the cyber fraud helpline 1930.
Please Keep Your Details Safe
- Do not email us your Aadhaar number, OTP, PIN, passwords, card or bank details, or biometrics, or photos of identity documents. We will never ask for them.
- We communicate only by email at the address above. If someone contacts you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media claiming to be from aadhaarpay.com, treat it as a scam, and please report it to us.
- We will never ask you to send money, and we do not accept, pool, or manage funds. We do not provide any loan, payment, or Aadhaar service.
- Always check that you are on an official website before entering personal or financial information.
Response Time
We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but we cannot guarantee a reply to every message, particularly requests for personal financial advice or help with Aadhaar and payment problems. Genuine corrections, reports of impersonation, and legal notices are given priority.
Privacy
We use your email address and any details you share only to respond to your message. See our Privacy Policy for more.
