  • Content describing government schemes or regulations is our own explanation, not an official notification or legal text. For authoritative information, see the official source.

3. No Advice and No Professional Relationship

  • We are not registered with SEBI, the RBI, or any other financial regulator as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker, or in any other regulated capacity.

  • No advisory, fiduciary, agency, or client relationship is created by your use of the Site, by contacting us, or by taking part in any discussion or contributor group.
  • You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Please consult a qualified professional, and use official channels, before acting on any content.

Please read the full Disclaimer, which explains these points in detail.

  • The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. Always check that you are on an official website before entering any personal or financial information.
  • Some links may be affiliate or referral links through which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Such links do not mean we endorse the linked product.
  • The Site may display advertising or sponsored content. Sponsored content will be clearly labelled. Any dealings between you and an advertiser or third-party provider are solely between you and them.
  • We do not accept, pool, or manage funds, and we will never ask you to send us money for any purpose.

10. Comparisons, Data and AI Demonstrations

Any country comparisons, charts, frameworks, checklists, or AI demonstrations on the Site are provided to explain and illustrate. Figures may come from third-party or company-reported sources that we have not independently verified, may be simplified or rounded, and may differ across sources because of different definitions and dates. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or misleading. You should verify results and figures independently and must not treat them as advice or as a prediction of any outcome.

11. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to publish accurate, current content, but we do not warrant that the Site or its content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Schemes, limits, eligibility rules, fees, and regulations change often. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aadhaarpay.com, its author(s), and contributors will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including financial loss, loss of profit, loss of data, identity theft, fraud, or indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, or from any third-party website or service linked from it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aadhaarpay.com, its author(s), and contributors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you post that infringes the rights of another person or violates the law.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or block your access to the Site, or remove your comments or contributions, at any time and without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
